Asian Beef and Broccoli
Strips of tended beef are fried in hot oil before adding fresh ginger and garlic along with our mix of soy and other flavours!
Cover with foil and cook for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Perfectly accompanied by a bowl of steamed or fried rice.
Our butcher provides rump steak.
Our grocer gives us fresh ginger, broccoli, spring onions, onions and garlic.
From the herbs and spices tin, we season with sesame seeds.
From our pantry cupboard, we use soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
