Chicken and Leek Pie
Slicing and frying fresh chicken breast in olive oil, before adding leeks, mushrooms and our own signature, creamy, herb infused sauce. This complex, perfectly seasoned base is topped with lovely puff pastry.
Cook for 35 minutes at 180 degrees, or until browned.
To cut the richness of this dish it’s best to serve with fresh greens or tender stem broccoli.
