Cottage pie is a simple dish to create, however it can lack flavour if careless. Our grass fed Australian beef mince is cooked down with root vegetables and seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and fresh herbs until dark and rich, we top it with fluffy mashed potato with a little sprinkle of Cheddar cheese.
Cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, or until browned
Serve with a big bowl of peas.
