We fry our onions and garlic in butter until they’re soft. Once cooled we add them into our seasoned beef mince along fresh parsley and breadcrumbs soaked in milk. Then we bake them in the oven and added to our rich rich tomato sauce. Every dishes comes with approximately 30 meatballs.
Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
Traditionally served with fresh pasta or perhaps mashed potatoes.
