Pasta Primavera

DESCRIPTION:
Oven roasted vegetables are combined with fresh green broccoli and peas, tossed with pasta in a light garlic and creamy sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cover with foil and cook for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Enjoy on its own with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

ALLERGENS:
Contains gluten and dairy.

INGREDIENTS:
Our grocer gives us courgettes, lemon, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, green peas, red/yellow peppers, onions and garlic.
From our fridge, we grab cream and Parmesan.
From the herbs and spices tin, we season with vegetable stock.
From our pantry cupboard, we use penne pasta.
